Email, Just in from one of our viewers! Ross, I have been following your site for the last 2 years and it has just got better and better. Here in the UK we can only dream of all that sun, having just return from Key West. Only complaint is that you lot drive on the wrong side of the road, keep on cruising, Richard.
Hi Ross, Having been surfing the 'net continuously since about 1998, I guess I am one of the more senior members of the Internet community. I have been following web cams for years too, some I rate as being pretty pointless / useless / dreadful whereas others are quite good.
Although I found your 'car cam' a few weeks back, it seemed interesting at the time but as the car was stationery and there was no movement nearby, I didn't know what the update rate was. However , just switched into it again an hour ago and hey - you're on the freeway in the dark with a most amazing frame rate! I simply wanted to contact you to say that in all my surfing, your car cam is the absolute TOPS! The weather cams on your site are ok to good but the car cam is simply BRILLIANT! I have it on my list of favourites...:) Well done and keep it up - you're out there up in front by UK leagues! Chris B
Hello. I live in Bullhead City, Arizona, which is about two blocks from the beautiful Colorado River, water temp. 65, clean and clear, the only way to stay really cool. Across the river is Laughlin, Nevada where we gamble, a little, and eat at the beautiful Harrah's buffet, my favorite. It is 107 right now, and it is 3:58pm. My favorite indoor sport during the summer when its too hot to go outside is to look at beautiful places that have weather, and especially an ocean., which I miss. You have some teriffic streaming video, and, I just want to thank you. Debbie in Bullhead City. Are you expecting a storm? I love to watch storms. Are any of your live streaming video webcams equipped with sound? The Kola & Katy Gang
Greetings Mr. Ross, While searching the net for live tracking information on hurracane Dennis, I stumbled upon your site by accident and was amazed to learn that We could infact watch and monitor the storm before it reached us here in Pensacola, Florida. It was very very helpful, we are glad we found your site, and are looking forward to your site being upgraded where we can view your many mobile cam. I've added your link and if I can be of any assistance to you please contact me

Hi Ross ,I've been watching your clip from Easter day on your Van Cam. When you said you were in Port St. Lucie, that made me wonder how close you are to my brother who lives near SW Gatlin Blvd and I-95? When you pointed the camera down the road, it looked familiar to where they live. I watch your cams from the United Kingdom in the north east of England. We lived in Florida from 1996 to 2003 in various towns near the Clearwater area and then we moved here to England to be near my husband's family as he is from here. People think we are nuts leaving Florida! We tend to agree with them about that but the humidity in Florida was overbearing for us, especially in the summer months. Your video clip reminds me of how hot it starts getting so early in the year with very little break over the winter months. We moved just before all those hurricanes you all had! I didn't discover your website until a few weeks ago, or I would have been watching your hurricane live coverage since I was crazy with concern about my family and friends while it was going on! Your cams are great for people to see Florida and it is nice when you live where it is cold and dreary (like here) to sit and watch the sunny days you show on your cams. You're lucky to get to do that for a living, I wish I could! My husband is a computer programmer and I tell him we should set something up like that here and we soon realized that it wouldn't be half as interesting as Florida! We are moving back to the USA as soon as we have the money together and we plan to live in Texas this time...maybe we could set up a ranch cam or something??? Maybe not...tumbleweeds and jack rabbits aren't that interesting either. Oh well..you've got the best idea..keep up the good work! Take care, Julie

Hello, my name is Jeremiah Ruddy and I have recently moved from Stuart, Fl to Dallas, Tx over the summer of 2004. Since that time, I have spent countless hours daydreaming of the beaches, locations, and overall atmosphere of the area. It would mean a great deal to me if you could send pictures of any of the following locations:
Stuart Beach (Beach and concession area) Jensen Beach(Beach and concession area) "Secret" dock across the street from bathtub beach parking lot (right next to entrance of sailfish point) The 2 bridges going from stuart to hutchinson island. (Stuart to Stuart Causeway to Hutchinson Island) Bridge from Stuart to Jensen Beach. (Right next to Downtown Stuart) Any miscellaneous shots of downtown stuart or jensen beach. Thank you so very much for taking the time to read my e-mail. P.S. The pictures of the the reef right next to the house of refuge bring back so many memories.
Great site - I have been watching your adventures over the past few weeks. As a family we have just got back from our thrid trip to Florida and loved every minute. We got time to visit Treasure Island for just a few hours but we really enjoyed it and want to go back sometime. In the mean time can you email us some photos from there? Thanks for letting me exend my visit to Florida! Mick
Hello from High Ridge, MO After 10 years of Web surfing, this is an all-time great webpage. I am in training for a new career that I am using to move to Fla soon. So before I become a resident of Fla I can "taste" the scenery of the state. BTW the links are very helpful. Great Job D.J. Harris
Hi, l have just found your web site, l have been thinking all morning about how l can view a live web weather cam and visualizing how it could be done. Is your cam really live, l would love it to be as l am really interested in storm chasing and the like. In Britain the weather is really a bore and nothing exiting happens were l live, we have not even had a thunderstorm this year although other parts of the country had some. l don't know why it excites me and brings me to life but it does. If you know of another web cams and sites that l can view l would be very happy. Thank You, June
Your car cam is a cyber dream come true. Here, in Switzerland, while I'm under the cold and the snow, your window always open on my PC desktop is like a window open to the sun.
I hope this project will stay on for a long time to come. JO. Geneva-Switzerland.
Hi Tim, how do you do that with you cam? can you show me?
I love what you are doing. And i wanted to tell you that your cam is clear today.what did you do get a new cam? ok got to go thanks please get back to me Tim from Delaware
Hey,
Your website is pretty neat. I've tried to instant message you to tell you that (when you're online anyway) but to no avail. Anyway, I live in Port St. Lucie and it's cool to see images and know exactly where they are. I found your website on night when I was looking through personal ads. I kind of thought to myself, "what type of people place personal ads?" I assumed 99% of the people would look like trolls. To my surprise-they don't. I saw your picture and then saw the website address on it, so I figured I would get in contact with you that way....
Anyway, really cool website and idea. Who knows, maybe I'll see you around town sometime and introduce myself! Melissa
Hi! My name is Jennifer and I live in a small city in the state of Maine and I just love your live cam of Florida!!! This is such a great idea and concept! I must say this is the most unique and coolest thing that I've seen on the internet yet! I have a request... would it
be possible for you to go to West Palm Beach with your cam anytime soon? It would be a mini vacation for all of us living here in the snowbelt of the country. I'll turn on my beach music and make some tropical drinks ***laughing***I've been to West Palm Beach
once and I just love it! It must be so great to live in Florida with all the sunshine everyday, wish I could say the same, right now we have a foot of snow on the ground! ***laughing***Thanks so much for the live view and please keep up the good
work.PS...by the way, you're a cutie...are you single? hehe ~Jennifer
Ross,
I'm thinking about hooking up a webcam to a biplane flying around the US late this summer. Based upon what you are doing, does that sound feasible? I currently hook up a portable GPS to the airplane power supply, so could probably get power to a camera/laptop somehow. If this sounds workable, do you know the best place to buy the equipment?
Thanks,
Anne Hopkins
I am from Tasmania Australia, I would love to see Tallahassee and crawfordville as I have an internet friend that lives at Crawfordville and works at Tallahasee at the moment I am enjoying your re-broadcasting, as I write it is 7:40 p.m. in Eastern Australia so therefore only 5:40 a.m Florida time. How can I know where you are filming from ? I will be following your camera around from now on I love it and just cant wait until 9:00 a.m so I can see Florida live. Thanks once again ..
Cheryl
